Balance Psychotherapy
You have 3 options to choose from:

Neurodiversity & Stress Management Therapy
8-16 session or ongoing (weekly or fortnightly) Integrative Individual Psychotherapy with a BACP-Accredited and ACC registered, Highly Trained Psychotherapist and Academic.
Sessions focus on enhancing self-awareness, communication skills, and developing practical tools to manage daily stressors. Celebration of neurodiversity while providing effective strategies for stress reduction, emotional regulation, and improved overall well-being.
This is a combination of DBT, IFS, CBT and deeply supportive psychodynamic psychotherapy. Therapy includes additional in-app resources, such as EFT or EMDR.

Trauma Treatment
Treatment for trauma. Use of in-app courses in between session: From Anxious 2 Awesome and Strength Beyond Pain.
Use of third wave therapy techniques that focus on affect/emotions. This is quite rare in therapy as most of them focus on thought processes, hoping that this then have an impact on emotions. With techniques focussed on emotions I can be sure that I’m bringing the change that is needed. In treatment I’ll guide you towards shifting the painful affect and feel well again.
Attachment/Relationship Trauma
Some relationships leave us with more scars than memories — eroding trust, safety, and self-worth. Whether the hurt came from a parent, partner, friend, or sibling, the result can be the same: difficulty feeling secure in connection.
In these sessions, I combine EMDR and psychodynamic psychotherapy to gently process the pain, release its grip, and rewire the patterns it left behind. Together, we work to restore your ability to trust, feel safe, and build nourishing relationships — starting with the one you have with yourself.
Available weekly or fortnightly, this is a space to heal what hurt you and reclaim how you love.
