In our therapeutic sessions, we aim to work directly with balancing bodily sensations, emotions, and cognitions in the here and now, utilizing techniques grounded in neurobiology.

As Balance Psychotherapy clinicians, we are committed to a daily balancing meditation practice of at least 30 minutes, fostering a balanced, loving alignment between our own being and the very Life that animates us all. This balanced practice serves as a foundation for our work, enabling us to hold space with presence, compassion, and deep attunement.
