Initial Consultation
We begin with a 50-60 minute consultation to create a safe space and dedicated time to explore the challenges in your relationship. This session allows us to assess your needs and determine the best path forward.
Therapy Structure
If we proceed to therapy, the process typically includes:
- Two individual sessions with each partner
- 8 weekly or fortnightly couple sessions
Our goal is to improve the functioning of your relationship through targeted interventions and strategies.
Therapeutic Approaches
I employ an integrative approach, drawing from various evidence-based methods:
- Solution-focused therapy
- Imago relationship therapy
- Psychodynamic understanding of couple dynamics
- Nonviolent Communication strategies (Marshal Rosenberg)
- Specific BALANCE PSYCH techniques for emotional regulation
Flexibility and Accessibility
Sessions can be conducted:
- Online
- In-person at Ruislip or Kensington locations
- A combination of both, tailored to your needs
Therapy Objectives
Our work together aims to:
- Improve communication within your relationship
- Create space for honesty and deeper connection
- Realign with shared values for your journey together
- Strengthen your bond through challenging times

I acknowledge that relationships can be challenging, and our goal is to provide you with the tools and support needed to navigate this journey successfully.

‘Kasia is a wonderful therapist. With her expertise and help, I have been able to find much more of my own happiness. Alongside a compassionate approach, Kasia was able to balance guiding me gently through our sessions with challenging me at the right times. I am incredibly grateful for our time together and can recommend her to anyone wanting to work on healing, in a kind and thoughtful environment.’

‘Back then, when I saw you for the first time, I was someone going through a depressive episode but also found it hard to deal with my social anxiety. I didn’t like the job I was doing and felt like I had no one to turn to.
Since then, however, I feel like I have really made progress. Thank you for all the help you have given. If it wasn’t for you, I would never have had the push to make choices in life and start to grow within myself.’
